He came out to inspect and fix our leaking furnace. He said the problem was a clogged drain pipe. He blew it out (took less than a minute) and stated if that didn't fix the problem, then call him. I had contractor here, so I didn't have time to go back into my crawlspace. I checked and its still leaking. I called and he stated that I said the problem was fixed. I know that I said "I don't know for sure if it fixed bc I haven't been back in my crawlspace". That's when he said IF I CHECK IT AND IT'S STILL LEAKING TO JUST GIVE HIM A CALL. I called back and it was a different story. Somehow he heard me say that the problem is fixed. How can a leaking furnance be fixed if it still leaking in the same place and same way? Luckily one of my contractors is licensed and plan to look at it for me.
