They were hard to get a hold of at first but when they did show up, they did a nice job. The serviceman was very clean cut and was courteous. I really can't remember an exact cost but I do remember thinking that it was quite high.

Henry was very responsive and scheduled a couple of days in the not too distant future. He came when he said he would and did the work himself with one helper. He was very professional and courteous and stayed until everything worked properly. We added a few projects and some of them took some finagling in this old house, but he took it all in stride and came back later to finish up. One big hole he had to make in some sheetrock was patched up the same day and very well by a relative who has a painting business. We did not ask for an estimate and Henry is not cheap, but I feel it is worth more to get a good, professional job.
