The professionals arrived on time. It took only a few minutes to diagnose the problem for the leaking HVAC and obtain approval to fix the problem. They then explained how to use the new thermostat that they also placed for me. My only concern was that the Covid precautions need tightening up. They wore masks as required but no shoe coverings nor gloves. I will definitely keep Hoke in mind for future needs.

Mr. Hoke installed a new A/C unit after my previous unit failed. The overall service, customer service, and service after the sale are excellent. This is my go-to company for all of my heating and air conditioning and every time I have called my issues were resolved within a timeframe that shows they care about their customers.
