She is very responsive.  She works with the contractors in the area.  She had done the plans three months ago and she has been responsive with everybody that we follow up with.  We paid her to get the plans done.  She had to come out and take the measurements.  She has been following up and communicating with us.  She came out and consulted with us; she took a look at our house and my wife told her what she wanted to do in terms of our kitchen and upstairs.  She basically had plans and she did some suggestions and came out with a proposal with couple of different options and designs.  She took a combination of what she already had done and what my wife wanted to do.  There was no cookie cutter about it all and it was custom made in terms of designs side of it.  She listened to what my wife wanted in terms of floor.  She presented the plan in two stages.  She basically used existing walls and low beaming walls to extend the upstairs.  We decided to add additional square footage at the back of the house which works for the contractor.  This project has stage 2 which is more involved and she was real good about giving ideas.  We have a big kitchen so we redesigned it as my wife wanted more cabinet space and she took that and came up with things.  She made sure it was aligned with what we wanted.  She said we could save money doing things here and she explains everything in phases.  My wife’s ideas are sometimes harder to pen down but she is good about it.  She was very good about answering my questions too.  She is flexible too.
