They were supposed to have repaired a crack before laying down the tile. They did not properly prepare it and now it is cracking. They agreed to do some additional work. they said they would do the tile in my foyer and bathroom. When it came to doing the tile inside he asked for some money up front to purchase the tile. He told us the tile would not be in for a while. He then said that he was having chest pains. Later he had a man call in who and told us that the owner was deceased. We talk to the company later and they told us they would refund the amount of money that we paid and that it would be in the mail. We haven't received the money. Today I noticed the cracking. My husband had the number of one of the workers. I called him to tell him about the cracking and unfinished work. He told me that I would have to call and talk to Ed, who we were told before was deceased, and he gave me Ed's number.
