Danny and Joshua were very professional. They came out and gave me an estimate of what the repairs would cost. They also helped me with the paperwork that was needed for my insurance company. When they examined my roof they realized that the roof was no longer properly vented so they suggested an improvement that would take care of the problem. This would also protect the siding along that area. I liked the fact that they were knowledgeable enough to tell me this and to know how to improve and fix it properly. The work commenced as outlined in the contract and although we did have some rain delays which were beyond their control, the work is truly beautiful and was done with great expertise. They also worked with my schedule. I also had an area around my garage that had been repaired previously by someone else but had not been painted so they voluntarily painted it to protect the wood work. I though that was very nice. They responded quickly to any questions and concerns that I had. It was a good experience working with them and I will definitely use them again!

Graystone has worked on several houses in my neighborhood and all of those references were very happy with their results! This was our first experience with remodeling and we thought we had a plan for what we wanted done. While going over the work to be done Danny and Dean made some really great design suggestions that saved us money and also just made our project turn out better. We got our cabinets from another company but Graystone tore out the old kitchen and the flooring. They finished out the screen porch to become part of the house. Graystone Construction had really great subcontractor teams that worked hard and always cleaned up after themselves. We started off with planned project time line but Graystone actually had to rework their schedule when a few of our cabinets were delayed!

All of their work was excellent quality. We never had to ask them to redo anything because of quality issues! They helped us find some of the materials we had to select like doors and windows. We had them remove the popcorn finish of the ceiling without removing the trim. They installed new canned lighting but also helped design placement of the lights and the switches. The payment schedule is all documented before the work begins so you know how much and when you need to make payments . Any changes or additions are documented as they come up. This work was done awhile ago so I can tell you that they still stand behind their work. I had a problem with a window seal one time and they came out right away and took care of it. Last year we had them do our sidewalk with paving stones. We were very happy with their work.Everyone we worked with at Graystone Construction was very professional and helpful. I have recommend them to several of my friends.

I contacted Danny to get us an estimate for a minor kitchen remodel. We scheduled a date/time for him to come out. He called to say he could arrive 30 minutes early, which was great. He took down information, took measurements and told me that he would get back to me within 10 or so days. I knew he was going out of town for Christmas holidays. I contacted him two days before Christmas and he never returned my calls. I left phone msgs. for him several times, but he never contacted me with any information. Very disappointing.

It went wonderfully. We will definitely use him again, in fact my husband has already talked to him about another job inside the house. He did such a great job getting the subs arranged to do their work. There were no hidden costs or surprises, and we even made changes to the contract after we signed it. Everything was up-front. We really liked the way he did business.
