We made the mistake and paid him $100 in advance. A week has passed and he has given every excuse as to why he hasn’t been able to actually perform the job he was paid to do. We have called this company and they haven’t been responsive at all. Today I was told “you just woke me up and I will call you back “ at that point she hung up the phone. At this point we have chalked this up as a learning experience and hope nobody else has the same experience with this company.

Overall, the experience went well. Ms. Ola was extremely professional and very patient with me. I was extremely nervous that I would need to purchase a new machine, but Ms. Ola reassured me that she could have my old machine working in a couple of days and she did!
