They came out and sprayed every area that had carpeting in it. They will do a follow up in 30 days. I was very happy that they were able to come out so soon. They came in on time. They told me how to prepare the areas for treatment. I couldn't finish bagging everything up due to my back. He was able to finish bagging everything for me. They told me I would have to leave the house while they treated it. He said I could just sit in my car while they did the service. I also mentioned that I had squirrels in my attic, that I previously had someone come out to take care of. That different company charged me $300 just to set a trap. First Choice was shocked by the amount that I was charged. He even worked with me on the payment. This service really made my day.

I got a frantic call from my tenant regarding a possible rodent problem.  Due to the heavy rains, it is possible some came looking for drier ground.  I called First Choice Pest Control around 9:30a and explained my problem.  They scheduled an appointment with my tenant between 11:00a - 12:00p.  I spoke to my tenant around 12:30p who indicated the technician was finishing up.  The technician then spoke to me, explaining what he had done along with recommendations to ensure we don't have an issue in the future.  This is my definition of being responsive and professional.  I spoke to Mr. Burt (owner) who indicated they would follow-up if the problem if needed.  We handled payment over the phone.  Win win for everyone as I have a happy tenant and found a reliable pest control service

I started using First Choice when they were hired by my landlord to rid our office building of rats. Not only did they get rid of the rats, but they addressed roaches and other pests that were a result of being located next to a vacant lot. I was so impressed, I hired them to do monthly servicing at my home. Because I have asthma, I mainly get exterior barrier protection. In addition, they do my annual termite inspections and provide a termite bond. I wouldn't use any other company. Now that we have moved I can't wait to get their monthly protection plan at our new place.

They are very professional and accommodating. I have stuck with them because I have been pleased with them. The price is good, however, I don't know what other prices are because I have been using them for a while.
