Wes & co are so great at what they do! we used them over the years to replace three of our HVAC units that individually went kaput suddenly. his team works diligently to ensure that you're taken care of and the job is to your liking. they were also able to isolate where a punctured copper pipe was located after we had a recent roof replacement and repair that fix. if getting an outdoor HVAC unit replaced, be sure to ask Wes for a recommendation to secure & protect it as he has a guy for that, too!

This is the second time, and second home that I have used this company. I am very happy with their work, and will continue to hire them for HVAC work now, and in the future. CoolRay quoted me 9k for a downstairs HVAC in my current home. Wes of Ensphere quoted me 6k. You can guess who I went with. The system has been working great for several months now. Wanted to get my review out there after I have given it time to see how it does. Wes and his team were very polite, and professional. Making recommendations on where to install a new intake vent in the most inconsipicous but efficient location in my home. He also did several other items that were not part of the original quote to ensure quality work. 1) He moved the hot water heater vent over a few inches as it was touching or too near a gas line. 2) He replaced a narrow pipe on the outside condenser with a wider pipe to more fittingly manage the capacity ( I am not very techincal). That narrow pipe has been on there since we bought the house. Since Wes has replaced the unit, our heating\AC costs have gone done and our living room is much more comfortable. I also had Wes install an HVAC in my Clarkston Dekalb County home over a decade ago. It took them 4 hours to install that one. This past installation took about 7 hours, but I also had new April Air filters put in on both upstairs and downstairs units. It is the little touches and knowledge of a degreed Mechanical Engineer from our very own Southern Poly Tech, that makes me feel like I am getting a real value. Highly recommend.

He spent more than an hour here (wasting my time) to tell me everything I already knew, and then charged me for 80 dollars. He never mentioned that at any time. When I confronted him on his back-handed charge he responded with an incredibly insulting and condescending response. As a small business owner, I appreicated being talked down to about what small business owners do less than I appreicated being taken advantage of. He can't be trusted. His estimate was lower than others, but since he lied to me from the beginning, I won't hire him. I would advise you to avoid him as well.

AC system stopped cooling and the thermostat was reading a sweltering 88 in the house. I called Wes on a Thursday night and he was able to squeeze me in first thing Friday AM. Compressor outside was not running and the breaker had tripped inside. Wes diagnosed that the capacitor was bad and replaced it. He was polite, knowledgeable and took the time explain what he was doing and why. I will definitely be calling him again!

Wes was very professional, friendly and kept me up to date on status before, during and after the installation. The humidifier was a newer model that required some extra work and parts to install to my old furnace, which Wes apprised me of but did not raise as an issue to the work being done. The work site was kept neat during the install and cleaned up afterwards.

All the problems were discovered by eNesphereI {Provider} that the Renters had splice the wires and caused a short in the Circuit Board. He replaced the wires that was cut up my what appeared to eb done by a weed eater. Then he installed a new covering over the new wires for added protection. He also added new insulation around the copper tubing then taped the tubing so it will not move or get re adjusted for any reason. many things others would not bothered to check this job was very professionally cared for.  

Wes is an outstanding technician who is easy to work with. He installed a new, high efficiency HVAC unit in our home, and we have been delighted with the results.

Upon returning from work on a Monday evening, I notice the house was warm.  I went out to my outdoor unit and noticed the fan was running but the compressor was not.  I called Wes and arranged to be at my house first thing the following morning (Tuesday).  Wes's investigation was very thorough and logical.  He tested the capacitor first (easiest and cheapest to fix), but unfortunately that was not the issue.  After further investigation, it was determined that my refrigerant had leaked out at the compressor due to a voltage surge, likely due to a lightning strike.
We looked at costs for repair vs replacement, with several efficiency options for replacement.  Wes prepared pricing for the various options that evening, and work commenced the following day (Wednesday).  Cold air was blowing again by Wednesday afternoon.
As an aside, Wes encouraged me to check if this issue would be covered by our insurance company.  The adjuster that reviewed the work was very complimentary of the installation.

Not only was he honest about the warranty coverage, but months later when I called in for a service call, he walked me through diagnosing and fixing the problem myself and saved me more money. Great company-I recommend them highly!

Wes responded quickly to first email contact and got a technician to my house promptly.  The installation was done quickly.  The installation craftsmanship is very good.  What I liked most about Wes and his company is that Wes is a mechanical engineer who very well understands the fundamentals and important details of AC repairs as well as change outs.
Other companies I contacted said that they would install the parts were working together as they should.  Having a Mechanical engineer do or oversee the HVAC work is a great advantage.

It was excellent.  He came out extremely quickly.  The repair was more involved than he thought, but he was able to repair it which took longer than he thought. 

I'm an out-of-state Landlord, who has come to trust Wes and his company. He was able to service and replace a few A/C units on several properties that I own and managed in Lithonia, GA, at a reasonable price-point. Not only did we conduct all of are business over the phone and thru the internet. He was also able to supply me with pictures of the repaired and replaced A/C units in a timely fashion; along with their respective warranties and all!

Wes diagnosed the problem by eliminating all the most expensive
possibilities first.  I was celebrating everytime the list could checked
off.  Our coolant was NOT really low.  The vents in some unused rooms
needed to all be opened to prevent "freeze-over," although this was only
one of the issues. A valve just needed to be tightened along with
replacing another $40 part.  He suggested cleaning the unit, which would
be another $100.  Apparently it was awful, but he got it all cleaned up.
Then the unit did require some coolant after that was done.  For a problem that another big company said would cost us 6-8 K, we felt blessed for Wes' intelligence, ingenuity, skills, and integrity- for under $600.  I highly recommend him, and I would all him again in a heartbeat.  I always feel so easily fleeced when it comes to these problems.  He explained EVERYTHING in a clear, extremely detailed way.  Its more than I could comprehend in the heat and with several weeks of it.  But my husband would have loved it.  My only regret was that he didn't have the opportunity to meet him too!

We moved from Atlanta about 18 mos ago and are renting out our house while we wait for the real estate market to improve.  The house is a 1940s bungalow with a master bed/bath addition that was put on before we owned the house.  The airflow to the addition was not good: noticeably hotter in the summer and colder in the winter.  Our tenants were uncomfortable this summer so we needed to have the issue addressed but were apprehensive as to whether anything could actually be done and how much it would cost.  A prior vendor had suggested that we would need to replace the entire AC unit.  Wes went out to the house and then called us to explain why the AC system was not functioning properly: primarily the ductwork to the addition was inadequate and some ducts had been blocked.  We felt very comfortable that Wes was giving us the real story and he gave us a detailed estimate of the work to be done.  The work cost much less than replacing the whole AC unit, which wouldn't have done anything to fix the airflow problem.  The work was done promptly and our tenants are much happier now.  The final cost was about $100 over the estimate due to the need for some refrigerant.  Wesd id a great job communicating with us, which is very important given that we are not in Atlanta, and I feel very positive about the whole experience.

One of our two aging AC units broke down Sunday. Since it's August we assumed it would be a week before anyone could get out to even look at the problem. We called Wes, who lives in the Decatur area,  that morning and he was able to drop by just a couple of hours later right at the designate time (none of this "We can be there sometime between 8 am and 12 noon nonsense"). Anyway, he diagnosed the problem (dead motor and coils with 20 years worth of accumulated dirt). He explained how long it would take to get the part and install it (a couple of hours). By the time I got back from work again later in the afternoon our house was once again as cool as a cucumber - ahhh! The pricing seemed in line with what I would expect to fix an AC unit. Most importantly it was considerably less than having to buy an entire new unit. Overall I was very pleased and impressed with the quality of service, punctuality and communication on his part. 

I called several of the big names in town.  Some of them couldn't get to me for a week and a half. One came, did the scouting for the estimate and then wouldn't return calls or e-mails.  Others wanted to do way more work than I thought necessary and wanted to charge in the 13K range.  As a first time home owner, this was way more than my budget could handle.  Enter Angie's list and eNsphere.  Called Wes and told him I was looking at replacing my whole system.  He was very busy that week and didn't think he could get there in the next couple days.  He asked why I was replacing my whole system and I told him that is was completely not working.  "That's no way to go through life!" he said, "it sounds like you live near me, I'll swing by after work".  Wes was over later that evening working up several options for me that didn't involve me selling a kidney.   I went with a higher end system, which, with the rebate Wes got me ended up being right about the same as a mid range system and five thousand dollars LESS   than what one of the big names wanted for the same system.  He and his crew were on time and courteous, even working around my three annoying  dogs.  I love my new AC system!  We've had several days with temps above 100 but I've been cool as a cucumber thanks to Wes at eNspere!

Wes was able to respond same day to my initial call and when we determined my ancient central a/c needed to be replaced, his crew was able to come out the very next day.  All of his crew and Wes were so professional and friendly.  I recommend them highly! Wes really values his customers and as such is far more concerned with customer satisfaction than you will find with bigger companies.  His pricing is extremely competitive, too. He also filed my warranty info so that I didn't have to worry about it and I can be guaranteed that I receive the full benefit of the company's product warranty.

Fantastic service! Called at 4:30 and Wes was at our door within twenty minutes. He diagnosed the issue and found our capacitor had blown and replaced it with a new one within an hour. He was very detailed and even mentioned how the previous capacitor wires were not stripped and connected properly, which ultimately caused it to fail. Very professional, knowledgable, and detailed. I would recommend his company to anyone. Very impressed.

Wes either answered every phone call, or responded to messages right away.  He was quick to schedule an appointment and called the morning of the appointment to firm up his exact arrival time. He diagnosed and repaired the air conditioner on the first visit and called later in the day to explain the issue and repair in detail. When I think about what I want from a service professional, Wes is it. I HIGHLY Recommend Ensphere Services should you need HVAC repairs or installation.

We searched Angies List for a contractor for AC service.  We selected to top three reviews.  We called Mr. Cardell.  His response and professionalism was appropriate, so we decided to go with him.  He continually kept us updated on his progress throughout the service.

He completed a thorough inspection of the AC situation and provided a complete summary of what was needed and why.   I want to mention that another contractor said we needed the unit replaced, but Mr. Cardell only recommended some thorough cleaning.  This saved us about $1000.

Mr. Cardell followed up with our tenants on the operation of the AC unit after the service.  This indicated to us that he is concerned about the quality of his service.  The tenant was please, thereafter he contacted us to let us know he completed the service.

The billing cycle was seamless as all of the transactions took place by email.  We will recommend and use his service again.  We plan to post his contact details in our community newsletter.

They were real responsive and they always did a good job.

We came home & when we got out of our car we noticed a gosh awful loud noise coming from our furnace exhaust vent. We went in & turned the furnace off & the next morning got up & started researching on Angie's list for an HVAC repairman. We were in need of a repair as soon as possible & after several calls to other companies listed, we found that Wes at enSphere could come to our home that afternoon to investigate our problem. He was able to get the part & make the repair the same day. Wes explained that b/c of our particular unit manufacturer, he could not replace with a less expensive generic part. Wes was awesome!
