They showed up on time, were very professional and polite.  They did a fantastic job repairing multiple taping and sheet rock issues in the house.  They replaced two outdated fans and even went to HD to get another replacement fan since the ones I purchased had missing parts.  They replaced two hanging chandeliers, and replaced a broken faucet in the kitchen.  THey went above and beyond and I would recommend their services to anyone.  All water damage was sealed and repaired.  Just a great job and a great person to work with.

Emmanuel and his crew gutted both of my bathrooms down to the studs.  In my master bath, they moved all of the fixtures to new locations in the room.  This caused Emmanuel and his crew to move all of the electrical and plumbing.  They removed most of floor and portion of the ceiling in the master bathroom to rearrange the plumbing.  Removed the garden tub under my bay window and installed a standard tub with shower on another wall.  They installed travertine tile around the tub.   They moved one wall of my master walk-in closet a foot into the master bath in order to frame in the new tub.  Now I have a larger walk-in-closet.   They closed the connecting door between the two bathrooms and placed the new vanity and toilet on this wall.  And, they built an under-the-bay-window storage cabinet.  They also installed floor to ceiling shelving on one wall of my larger walk-in-closet.  They installed travertine tile on the floor in both bathrooms.   I now actually have a separate guest bathroom.  In my guest bathroom, they removed the very small prefab shower and replaced it with a large travertine tile shower.  The old shower was on the same wall as the connecting door.  Emmanuel?s plumber moved the water line/plumbing to another wall in the shower.   They removed half of the wall between the shower and the toilet; a frame-less glass panel will be installed at the top.  My new tile shower takes up the entire length of the new closed up wall.  We did not change the positions of the toilet and vanity in the guest bathroom.   Emmanuel refinished the cabinet.  He installed new mirrors, faucets, lights, towel rods, etc. in both bathrooms. Emmanuel has done a lot of projects in my house over the past 5-6 years.  He overdid his self this time.  I am so pleased with his work.  We have another project planned in the near future.  I ordered a frameless glass shower door and glass panel for the guest shower and privacy/frosted panes to replace the bottom half of the windows panes in my master bathroom.  These should be ready and installed in about 10 days.  I ordered these from another company on Angie?s List.

I was very impressed with Emanuel Painting and his team. When I met Emanuel he was prompted, professional and very courteous, my wife couldn't believe how fast they were at the same time the quality was never sacrificed. The estimate was very fair and we're already talking to them about our next painting project. We highly recommend these guys!

The entire crew was polite, and very professional. They use top quality paint, and do not cut corners. We were very impressed. 
They even installed new ceiling fans!

Emanuel and his crew spent an entire day doing a very professional job.  The painted ceiling nightmare alone was worth the entire price of the job! They were polite and they left my house in good shape, no debris or paint drops. He told me to look at the finished work for a few days and call if I see anything that needs attention.  I will use them again.

The services of the paint job that was performed on the interior of my home was great. I spoke to Mr.Sanchez, to set up my appointment right after thanksgiving 12/02/2013 something came up and he called to let me know we would need to reschedule which was fine so we reschedule the work to be done the following week. Emmanuel and his crew arrived at the time we had discussed which was 9:30 each day. Hard workers very professional and the price of my services was very reasonable I would use Emmanuel's Painting service again I was very pleased with the finished work Emmanuel and his crew ROCK!!! They did awesome job.

Emmanuel and his crew removed the sheet rock, baseboard and quarter-round under the stairs in my hallway.  They removed one stud to create a doorway and added a brace at top of doorway.  They framed in the new door opening. They framed in two under the stair braces and created two spaces, one with shelves and one with hooks for broom, dust mop, etc.  Next they installed drywall over the studs, baseboard and vinyl floor. They hung the new door and replaced the dry wall in the hallway around the new door opening; replaced the baseboard and quarter round in the hallway.  They installed door casing to match the existing moldings in my downstairs and created a threshold between closet and hallway.  They painted the new hall closet white to make it brighter and painted the hallway.  They installed shelving on one wall of the closet.  Excellent job.  Emmanuel exceeded all of my expectations for this closet.  I only wish I had taken pictures from the beginning of the project to show the magnificent job he did.  Excellent job. Punctual,  professional, does excellent job.  Replaced sheetrock in an area of my dining room.  Removed and replaced baseboards and crown molding in my home.  I plan to hire this company again in next few weeks to paint the interior of my home.   I will use this company in the future any time I have repairs, painting.

He does perfect work.  Everything is thoroughly covered when painting is done.  His prices were very reasonable.  He was very punctual.  When he said he would be here at 8, he was here at 8 on the dot.
