We were out of town and our AC unit went out on a very hot day. We had guests in our home so we needed it fixed right away. We talked to Chris and he fit us right into his schedule for the day. He coordinated his repair visit with our guests schedule, communicated with us about the repairs needed and made it easy for us to pay for the repair remotely. We will definitely call Dynasty for any other heating and AC needs.

Dynasty's labor fee was very reasonable and the service was superb! I needed some very specific help involving an old furnace and AC unit, and just yesterday I called around to several HVAC companies -- all of whom were A-rated providers on Angie's List. Some either couldn't offer the service I needed while others gave me exorbitant quotes several times what Dynasty quoted me! Chris' quote -- which he honored without hesitation -- was by far the most reasonable, and he came to my home on time and went above and beyond what I expected. How often does that happen? Judging by the crazy quotes I was getting from other companies, this may be the most honest and skilled HVAC person on Angie's List, folks. Don't hesitate to use Dynasty. Outstanding.

I contacted Dynasty Heating and Air because my A/C stopped running. They came out the same day and was able to fix the problem on the spot. I didn't have to wait for them to order the part, come back and put it in, which most other companies would have to do. My A/C was back up and running in no time! I am so glad that I found Dynasty H&A, they took care of me and for a reasonable price. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any issues in the future.
