The sales representative would call us back on Sunday nights. We would email her during the weekend and she would get back to us. It's a fantastic company and the pricing was great too. The salesperson who happened to serve us was fantastic and very service oriented. The granite pricing was fantastic and we saved like $3,000 relative to the alternative. Everybody was just very helpful. The insulation was fantastic and they were on time. I was most impressed with our salesperson Tatiana. They are still holding a slab of marble on our behalf. Even though we're postponing the master bath remodel until next year she told us not to worry and that they could store it on my behalf until I'm ready. It's above and beyond kind of service. They're fantastic and I plan to use them in the future.
