Ford Focus is not that complicated of a car. They says they are Ford certified. However, they didn't seem to have a clue about the car and they also really didn't seem to care. I was shocked. Once when I was in there the mechanic told me a little joke about how people who can't afford a car buy a focus. Dude, I'm driving a focus. Get a clue!

"Interestingly, we were right on estimate, customer has no complaints with work performed on 60K mile service, we did not induce the water leak as it is a 'known problem with the Focus', yet we rate a 'D'. There is no pleasing some people, I guess."

This place has always done a good job every time and I have never had any problems. The mechanics have always been honest and reliable. It can be a bit pricey but it's convenient for me.
