 + -1 moreFord Focus is not that complicated of a car. They says they are Ford certified. However, they didn't seem to have a clue about the car and they also really didn't seem to care. I was shocked. Once when I was in there the mechanic told me a little joke about how people who can't afford a car buy a focus. Dude, I'm driving a focus. Get a clue!
Description of Work: Had my Ford Focus 60K mile service done here. That went pretty well. After the service I started having a leak that was allowing water into passenger side of car through cabin filter vent. Known issue with Focus cars. Brought car back with documentation. Spent over a month bringing car back and forth while Certified was absolutely unable to get the proper replacement cabin filter. They never called to indicate that a new filter candidate was in. They always said "oops, don't understand, filter should have come in today, but it should be here tomorrow morning.". In the process of trying various filters they cracked the cover, but didn't offer to replace it until I brought it to their attention. Finally gave up on requesting that they get a new filter, they replaced the cover and I am never going back there. Terrible service.

 + -1 moreThis place has always done a good job every time and I have never had any problems. The mechanics have always been honest and reliable. It can be a bit pricey but it's convenient for me.
Description of Work: I took in my 2005 Honda Accord for its 15,000 mile tune up. They changed my oil, filter and performed a diagnostic check on it. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the evening.
