Budget Blinds were very quick to respond to my request for a free estimate. They were friendly and professional. They were easy to communicate with and clearly answered all of my concerns and questions. All measurements were done quickly and correctly. Installation went smoothly as well. They were very neat and were fast workers. The blinds all fit perfectly. I am 100% satisfied and would definitely use Budget Blinds again.

Joey came and measured 2 windows for custom blinds at my home. He showed me samples and we discussed options for types of blinds, colors etc. I wasn't sure about the color as I was in the process pf redecorating the room. Joey arranged for color samples to be sent to me. After I decided on a color and placed the order it took about 6 weeks for the blinds to be installed. The process went very smoothly. Both Joey and the installer were very professional and I would highly recommend this company.

I called to have someone come out to talk about what kind of blinds or shades I could put in the windows of a new home I had purchased and was moving in to.  I was in somewhat of a rush for an appointment since our move in date was approaching and we were going to need window coverings for privacy.  The sales representative in the area I was moving to was booked up so instead of making me wait, the owner himself came out to look at my windows.  He was on time and very professional.  He spent a considerable amount of time discussing my options.  He also brought tons of samples for me to look at; fabrics and blinds.  I made a decision on the blinds and he measured all of the windows.  Because of the length of time manufacturing was going to take, he came back to the house the next week and personally installed temporary shades in all of the windows...I might add, a couple of windows that I was not even getting blinds for.  Exactly when promised, his installation person called to schedule the installation once the blinds were manufactured.  He showed up on time and when I told him I was under a little bit of a time constraint, he went to work to get the blinds installed as quickly as possible.  He did an excellent job and was very courteous and professional.  I would highly recommend this company.  So often one feels that they don't get what they pay for, however, with this company, I got my money's worth!  Exceptional company and personnel!

Everything went fine. Joey came to the house with samples of blinds for two new 4 by 6 picture windows.  I selected cellular blinds and was happy to be able to put color samples against my newly painted ivory walls and get a color that matched almost exactly. In less then a month Steve came and installed the blinds. They fit perfectly and I'm very happy with them and with the service of Budget Blinds. There may be less expensive cellular blinds but one must consider the convenience of having someone come to your home and not having to go to a store from beginning to end. Another plus is getting to test colors in the environment in which they will be installed. I give Budget Blinds a hearty endorsement and will use them again.

This was such an easy and great process.  We started with Lowe's because someone had told us they would be a good option  That was just a nightmare and we never were able to determine if they had any blinds that were the right color and size.  I then called Budget Blinds, which is what I had wanted to do in the first place.  It was so easy.  They came to the house, measured, had samples right there so we were able to select exactly what we wanted and get the right color.  It took about 2 weeks or so for the blinds to come in and the install went seamlessly.  They work great and look wonderful.  We had a hard to work with patio door and even that worked out well.  I plan to use them again when I replace the windows and blinds in the bedrooms this spring.

I have used this provider twice.  The first time, everything from meetings to installation and end results went well.  This time, the process was not as smooth.  After getting the quote, I attempted to email and call the sales person for almost a week only to find out that the he had gone out of town for two weeks without letting me know and the shutters could not be ordered until he got back.  I was dissapointed as timing was important to me and they would take 4-6 weeks to make.  I felt as if we were given less attention because this order was significantly smaller than the first one we did the year before.
The items then took just over the full 6 weeks for fabrication and the installer had to reschedule our first appointment due to a personal situation.  He was not able to reschedule for another week. 
Finally, the installation was not as I had hoped and is not as clean...one of the shutters even appears to be crooked.

Everything was as expected - measure correctly, order correctly and installed correcting - on time.  Great team.  I highly recommend them.

The installer (different from initial person who did estimate) arrived on time.  He spent more time due to the unique problems presented by the window/sliding door combination.  He was not satisfied with the result (through no fault of his or the blinds) because of the way the way the windows/sliding doors were constructed.  He stated that he was going to ask the company to replace 3 of the separate blinds with 3 blinds that had only one header so that the blinds would hang evenly (with equal spaces between the blinds).   The blinds were ordered and when they arrived, were brought to the apartment and the new set replaced the initial 3 blinds.  I was not charged extra for the replacement blinds or the work involving the replacement.   The installer (Steve) was patient and did excellent work.  I would not hesitate to recommend the company of the men involved with the work.

It went very well.  The shutters are custom ordered and took a while to build, but the install was professional and they look perfect.  They seem very durable and have really changed the look of the room where we had them installed.  The mini blinds are installed perfectly. 

The guys that did the install were wonderful.  Very detail oriented and professional and I enjoyed working with them.  In fact, everyone I have worked with on this project has been great.

I like the shutters so much that I have already ordered my next set!  I have no complaints whatsoever and will obviously be working with them again.

The provider came quickly and was very helpful in having a wide selection of products, and in provide advice about which would be most appropriate for our needs.   He measured accurately, because the blinds fit perfectly.

The delivery of the blinds from the supplier took longer than anticipated, but the installer came the same day the blinds arrived and did a good job of installation.   We are pleased with the products and with the service.

Very good process, from first visit through installation. Pleasant experience.

Everything happened in three easy steps:
1) Call Budget Blinds and made an appointment. (3 minutes)
2) At the day of the appointment, Michael came over to the house on time and very well prepared to show me all the different products they carry. The visit was smooth and quick. Between 40 to 60 minutes later Michael already took all the necessary measurements around the house and I already picked the shades and colors.
3) About two weeks later (time Michael told it was going to take to custom made the shades) the installer called me to make an appointment for the installation. We Agreed with a time, and VOILA! Installer showed up on time and 40 minutes later all the shades were installed perfectly across the house, very clean job too.
I personally highly recommend Budgets Blinds of Atlanta, they were very professionals and the product is excellent.

(Details above.)  The final experience was magical.  Absolutely loved the way the rooms looked after the blinds were installed.

We started with Budget Blinds in early May, 2013, for our initial estimate, since their main office is close to our home.  Michael Hewitt spent a lot of time with us, showing us different types of blinds and shades for various types of windows and sizes.  Our "challenging" window was a long picture window in our dining room. Michael gave us various suggestions for what would work, since we decided that we wanted a shade or shades for that window, as well as the living room and master bedroom windows facing the front of our house, so that we could open up the tops to see the sky and trees without looking at neighbors.  We picked blinds that would work for the side windows in our living room and bedroom that closely matched the green color of the shades.  We wanted to get a couple more estimates, so we told Michael we would be in touch.  The other two estimates took too long to get, and the second one was outrageously expensive for the Hunter Douglas brand, so we wound up going back to Michael with the Signature Series Cellular Shades and Murano Blinds in a medium price range, and also picking out blinds for the bathroom windows to match the walls/decor.  Michael was the only one who gave us very detailed estimates, even though we asked the others to do so as well.   We got the blinds and shades installed at the end of June.  We love them, and the colors go well with our decor.  We would definitely use Budget Blinds and Michael Hewitt again for other window treatments, since he is so thorough and knows his products well.
