Our computer was behaving erratically, and it kept getting worse by the day. It became too slow to use, so we tried several diagnostic and virus and malware removal packages, and they all failed. That's when we decided to call Broadband Stores. A neighbor highly recommended them so we gave them a shot. After several of our own failures, we were skeptical they would solve our problem. How wrong we were! Gerald, the owner, found and fixed several problems with our PC. He cleared up several gigabytes of space and tracked down and removed a slew of spyware and virus programs that rendered our machine vulnerable to attacks. We were surprised that Gerald made our scanner work in our multifunction printer. We had given up all hope that it would ever work. Before Gerald left, he asked us if we wanted to be put on the Broadband maintenance and update schedule program. We gladly signed up. So far we haven't had any serious problem since. We are very happy with the service.
