BRITTING GROUP

I hired them several years ago to sell my home on a referral from my dad and he was disappointed when he found out the things they'd done.  Other than minor things, I've got a laundry list of issues.  I thought I was getting the wife (the referral), but instead got her husband who was new to the game.  We agreed to 6% yet when I went to closing, he had put 7%, but I didn't have the option of walking at that point.  He said "we'll work it out later, let's just get this sold".  Yeah, right.  Nothing happened later and it cost me nearly an additional $2000.  Also, I told him that only 1 item out of the punch list things was valid that I would do.  He never replied to the buyer which defaulted to me paying for all of them!  And I believe he gave the selling agent inside information about my situation.  I could never refer this team to anyone.
