Went fine for me, but they couldn't compete with the big guys in the end, and did not handle the going out of business gracefully.

WE ENDED UP BUYING A NEW REFRIGERATOR FROM BOB CARROLL AND HE ROLLED THE COST OF THE VISIT INTO THE PRICE OF THE NEW UNIT. THEY HAVE SINCE BEEN OUT TO FIX THE HANDLE THAT HAD COME LOSE. NOT VERY PUNCTUAL AND THE OWNER IS NOT VERY CONSUMER FRIENDLY, BUT HIS SON IS MUCH MORE PLEASANT AND THE SERVICE GUYS ARE QUITE NICE.
