 + -1 moreJohn Barbee and his assistant Vanessa worked smoothly as a team. They kept me informed about progress. Vanessa aggressively advertised my house in every available place. John sought out investors to buy the house. There were numerous potential buyers looking at my house on a regular basis, which attested to John and Vanessa's aggressive advertising.
Description of Work: John sold my house within 3 months from the day I met him in a buyer's market. I asked for a short sale and I got one! Initially our agreement was that he would buy the house, rent it, sell it, then send me my proceeds. We changed the agreement to selling the house outright, "as is". It needs a lot of TLC so I didn't make much on the sale (I didn't expect to).
