The problem was diagnosed and fixed in one visit. I was very pleased and grateful to have air again. The technician had my air cooling again with one hour of arrival. I have used this company for several years and they have always been professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. The staff is consistent with very low turnover. The owner is personable and follows up to make sure you are satisfied with the work done.

They really didn t do anything to correct the situation. They were not thorough and the air conditioning unit is only five years old. I knew that I didn't need a new one. I felt that they just wanted to sell me a new unit, which was ridiculous. I was not pleased at all.
