When the job was completed (I guess I should say completed from their perspective), they would not come back out to talk to us about what we saw as imperfections or problems with their work. Of course, we had paid them, and did not see these imperfections until a day or so later. We called them to discuss the imperfections, and they promised to come back out to discuss the problems with us. They never showed or called, seemingly reinforcing what he had told me over the phone that he saw nothing wrong with the work.
Would not hire or recommend them to anyone else for a job. They are bad news, and you need to take them off your list. I'm so disenchanted with this company and Angie's List, I have taken to going onto RedBeacon.com to pick/choose my contractors for any work done around our home. I feel the contractors at RedBeacon are more reliable, and Home Depot stands behind their
