ACCURATE AUTOMOTIVE

I took my vehicle in for brakes and asked them to check power steering fluid. I was told my car probably had a recall for the power steering work and they would check. Yes, I should have checked but I had brought my car in for oil change and they are local so I didn't. Upon leaving my vehicle next day I was told my car was not covered for power steering hose recall. I paid $170 for the hose replacement, labor not included. 5 months later I took my car to the Acura Dealer and was told the work on the power steering was indeed covered and was not done. I showed them my receipt from Accurate Automotive and they said, "the work was not done."
I suspected something was wrong when I picked up my vehicle and the owners were nowhere to be found. A person who shares a business with their location processed my payment and gave me my keys. 
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE GUYS!!!

I have used Bill and Robert's services for over 15 yrs and would not use any other in Atlanta for a Japanese built automobile repair.
Accura Legend: 220,000 miles when we gave it away to a relative; Honda Odyssey: 176,000 miles and going strong. They will tell you when it's time to take the trusted steed out back of the barn and put it down.

It went well. They are very reliable. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Accurate worked very closely and efficiently with my insurance adjuster to make sure I received everything to which my insurance policy entitled me. Very prompt and responsive to my phone calls. Lots of good advice given. Work done well and quickly. Would not hesitate to return there for any future repair needs (but hopefully there won't be any!)

I have been using Accurate for fifteen years. They work mostly on foreign cars and they are about 150 dollars cheaper than the dealership. I like that they also stand behind what they do and are very honest.

THEY ARE FANTASTIC AND EXTREMELY HONEST. A GREAT EXAMPLE IS THAT TWO TIMES I'VE HAD A TIRE ROTATION AND OIL CHANGE PLACE TELL ME I NEEDED SOMETHING. BOTH TIMES I HAD 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR BEFORE I REALLY NEEDED IT. ACCURATE TOLD ME THIS WHEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO.
