He wasn't very good. My windows when it rains, the water comes in. My door has two inches on the door frame on each side that he cut too short. He told me he could caulk it and that's all he could do. I called him back because he overcharged me. Then he got mad at me, because I was right and he was wrong. He got made and me and charged me $50 just to go pick up the material for two windows. I thought everything was included on the estimate he gave me, but he charged me $50 extra for his time. He keeps telling me the windows are leaking because of the overhang on my roof. There's no way they would be leaking if they were in right. He's been back two times and both times, he's had excuses. He said there was just nothing he could do.
Description of Work: He put in eight windows and a kitchen side door in my home.

He specializes in mobile home remodeling. The guy has 30 years of experience and he works with what insurance is willing to pay. He got right on the job as soon as he got the insurance quote.
Description of Work: I used Ludwigs some time early last year to fix the roof and the dining room. He made it all look brand new.
