Description of Work: Windstream has a monopoly on cable and internet service in this area so no cable or phone line based completion is allowed and hence overpriced and no way to bypass them, the sevice or when they come out. Dropped their tv & movie due to inflexible packages. Have to reboot modems too often to stay connected via telephone line which they control also including landline pricing. Thankful to have cell phones at least. Alarm service said Windstream too unreliable and too slow for their top end secuity system to function unless I go wireless and skip Windsream. Same negatives as having one power company or one sewer company the consumer gets nailed due to lack of choices.

Description of Work: Installed TV, Internet service and telephone. |Internet and phone are fine but the TV service, especially the # of HD channels and especially the pricing is not good compared to the service we received in South Florida. The DVR boxes are quite large too so not easy to locate unobtrusively.
