Southern Auto Glass

After making contact with my insurance company I contacted Southern Auto Glass to replace my windshield. The lady I spoke with was very polite and professional. Arrangements were made that were convenient to me to come to my house to do the work. The gentleman that did the repair was on time and very professional. The installment didn't take as long as I thought it would and the work was great. Very clean and professional. Gave great instructions for after also.

It was wonderful. They called 20 mins before arrival time. The technician was very polite and courteous. The technican was very imformative of the procedure explaining as he went. Total replacement time was 45 mins. I was instructed to not drive my truck for atleast 2 hours, don't wash at a car wash for 72 hrs, and remove the tape across the top after 24 hours. They gave me a lifetime warranty against leaks and any molding issues for as long as I own the truck. I received a call from a customer service rep 24 hours after my appt to make sure I was happy with my service and asked questions about the technician if he was nice and informative to any questions I had during my replacement. I would defiantly refer this company to everyone I know

Service technician was courteous and friendly. Scheduled windshield replacement immediately after providing free quote. My insurance company paid for the replacement and Southern Auto Glass even did the billing for me. Did the job without any hassles. Even called prior to arrival to inform me he was on his way. Hope I do not have to have my windshield replaced again, but if so, most definitely will call them.

Called and requested estimate. Service was offered for the next day, but due to my schedule opted for today, at my home. Arrived on time and performed work as requested, incl. a slightly tinted glass due to my honey's eye issues @ a price $70 less than the other folks I spoke to. No additional charges for disposal, travel, taxes, etc.
