Showed up when promised for the estimate and for the installation. Gave an estimate and stuck to the estimate given. Very professional demeanor and pleasant to deal with. Would not hesitate to use again and to recommend highly.

I called to schedule an estimate on a Monday and Nathan answered and I told him that a neighbor kid threw a rock and broke one of the glass panes on our double pane window and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone and scheduled an appt for the following day. So the next day he called me to let me know he was on his way and he came exactly when he said he would. He took his measurements and was really nice and friendly. He told me it would cost $170 to replace the pane which is is over $100 cheaper than any of the other estimates I got that day. He told me he would order it that day and it should be in by Thursday of next week and he would give me a call when it came in. Well, he ended up calling me the following Tuesday and fixed it that day. He came with anoher guy and they were in and out and the glass looked great!!!! They even picked up the big pieces of glass that had shattered into my planter. I can't think of any reason why someone would choose anyone else for their glass needs!!!!!!

- called 2/20/12...left message. Nathan returned my call next morning, gave me an approximate price and set up a time to measure the next day. The next day he called to say he was on the way to measure. After the exact measure...(he took the inside frame off the glass and measured to the 16th) he gave me the actual price, then ordered the glass. when it was ready on 3/2/12 he installed with a tarp on the floor and a clean up....he left the room cleaner then he found it. All thru the process he showed and quot;pride of ownershipand quot; for his family's company. I would use this company again and I highly recommend R and R Glass to other members.

Nathan was prompt, professional, very respectful, and careful with removing the broken glass and installing the new window. He took the sticker off the new window and cleaned it inside and out! He then gave me some helpful advice on the best way to clean them. This is his family business and it showed in his concern to do a great job, to treat me fairly and with appreciation.
