North Georgia Remediation

We have recommended North Georgia Remediation to our clients for many years for all of the above mold remediation issues and repairs.  We have received ONLY great comments and appreciation for their work.  Their proposals are accurate and all work has been completed in a timely and professional manner.  For the very few instances where a return trip is needed for clarification or adjustments, they have stood behind their workmanship.  Many of these clients have asked NGR to return for additional repairs/upgrades and improvements.

We have used NGR for about 3 years at our home and our office.  3 years ago we had a very strong mildew odor in our garage.  NGR came in and discovered the problem was coming from the crawl space.  They removed the mildew and sealed the walls and floor of the crawl space floor to prevent future problems.  They did an excellent job!  Then about a year ago we returned home from a vacation to discover our refrigerator had leaked causing water damage and mildew while we were gone.  We contacted NGR immediately.  They removed tile flooring, treated and/or replaced sub-floor and wall, replaced sheetrock and repainted, and replaced tile. They removed a fiberglass shower and replaced it with tile.  Again, fantastic job!   We have used NGR for several other projects at our home and office as well over the last 3 years.  The reason?  Because they are Awesome!  They are honest,  professional, and the owner is a perfectionist, which translates to a job well done every time!  They discuss options with you and don't try to force more work than you ask for.  I sing their praises and recommend them to anyone needing quality work at fair prices!

Tony and his crew were excellent could not have asked for a better experience.  They arrived when they were supposed to and just did a wonderful job.   I thought at first the price was a little high compared to other quotes but after the job they did I no longer feel that way.  I got every pennies worth, I could not be happier.
They laid 6x24 inch porcelain tile in a herringbone pattern and it looks great.  They worked tirelessly to ensure the lines were straight and everything would line up perfectly when the job was done. They even repaired some problems left by a previous tile person that really did not do the best work on my shower. 
My experience with North Georgia Remediation was refreshing after dealing with several other companies that left me very unhappy.
Michelle was also very nice and great at keeping me informed.  I will use this company again and I highly recommend them.

The job was completed on schedule, on budget and to our satisfaction. Do allow time for your job to be scheduled. The office manager, Michelle, will do her best to accommodate your time frame but their project supervisor. Tony, always oversees jobs and he is a busy guy!

The overall experience was excellent! They updated me almost daily about the process (it took several days to complete). I wasn't sure how things would work out since we were doing all this coordination long distance over the phone, but Michelle was an outstanding coordinator, and very detailed in explaining how the process was going. They take extreme pride in their work, and they did not even want me to pay them until I had done a complete inspection of their work. I live in Alabama, and the house is in Georgia, so I had to drive a few hours to get there. I was amazed at how good the house looked, and how it smelled! It had been closed up for months and had a musty smell before. NGR--North Georgia Remediation does an excellent job of killing the mold, cleaning all surfaces, and making sure it doesn't come back. I would definitely call them back if I purchased another home that needed this treatment done, and I would definitely recommend them to a friend!
