Gerald, the owner, was instrumental as my construction specialist on the massive 2-year remodeling project of a 1930 beach house. He was able to read structural engineering plans, requesting corrections and updates from the engineer. My project could not have been successful without his involvement. Gerald is dependable, reliable, versatile, and a great resource to leverage for small, medium or large projects.
