Very professional

The project was to replace exterior fascia boards damaged by carpenter bees and woodpeckers. The estimate came in higher than the others but seemed more comprehensive in what would be done. Upon completion of the work my husband went out to review the job. There were two areas of concern, the first being an area about the size of a hand that had not been painted, and after going around and around for a few minutes, he had a workman paint it. The second issue was where a replacement board met an existing board in a run on the side of the house. Neither the width of the board nor the angle of the cut matched and it was very noticeable. He made it perfectly clear that it would cost more, both in material and labor to fix. Being at the high end of the estimate my husband decided it wasn't worth it, especially since it was the failure of the workmen to match it in the first place and the contractor was making excuses as to why it wasn't their fault. If you hire this company, know going in that they will do the work to their satisfaction, not to yours.

I have used Home Advisor for several projects lately and have been satisfied with the work from other pros. Gerard Kaizer was by far the best I have come across. He gave me expert advice and knew right away that my 20 year old siding was not done correctly on one side of the house. He scheduled the repair, showed up on time and did extra repairs without charging me extra. The siding finally looks straight and is very secure now after all these years. My wife and I are so happy with the work he did. Cleaned up after the job and I could not be happier with their work. He is busy but if you can get him to do your project Do It!. He really knows Quality work.

the entire roof was replaced, including damage that was found. The team was professional and thorough. They even did a great job of cleanup afterward. There was also interior repair. Removal of damaged drywall, treatment, repair and painting. All done with care and professionalism.

Gerard was a pleasure to deal with. He was always very responsive, professional, honest and easy to communicate with. I not only had him replace fascia on my screen porch, but he also replaced the porch's ceiling, laid my wood floor,painted the entire house, installed additional gutters and installed new lighting fixtures. Everything was planned out beforehand and I was always kept in the loop as far as his progress. He also offered valuable suggestions in solving some of the issues I had in the renovations. He knows his craft extremely well and is very proud of the quality of his work. I couldn't be happier with the results and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

Contractor did a good job and was flexible when additional work was identified that needed to be done. They were patient when weather and material delays (not there fault) occurred. One area for improvement would be in their communications with the home owner. On several occasion assumptions were made without communicating it to me. When changes were made, we (contractor & me) should have clearly stated the increased cost and my full acceptance of that cost. This should be improved but, was not a major issue, I would still recommend Kaizer Const.

GARY IS TRULY A PROFESSIONAL AND TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK.I USED HIM TO FIX A BAD LEAK IN MY ROOF....HE REPLACED THE ROTTED PLYWOOD ,PAPERED,SHINGLED AND REPLACED VENT PIPES THAT WERE CRACKED AND LEAKING(I DID NOT KNOW THAT)...HIS CRAFTSMANSHIP IS SO GREAT I CANNOT EVEN SEE THE AREA OF REPAIR.............I HAVE ALREADY SCHEDULED HIM FOR 3 OTHER JOBS.HIGHLY RECOMMEND FROM A WOMAN WHO IS IN THE MIDDLE OF A LARGE REMODEL.HIS PRICING IS VERY AFFORDABLE.THANK YOU DIANA
