Jones Family Appliance

Their specialty is the no-show. You sit there for four hours waiting. Once they called and said that they couldn't make it, and another time they didn't call. I complained to American Home Shield; the company (JFA) claimed they called and left me a voice mail that they weren't coming, but that wasn't true. Finally on the third attempt they completed the job. They did do the work in a quality fashion, but I got the run-around from them. Perhaps they are a victim of their own success; too many jobs to do and not enough workmen.

he was rude, he did minimal work fixed the rollers only. and when the dryer stlll made a squealing sound he came back out to check but by that time the dryer had been used once and the noise was not there. so he told me to take a video and call him back and the next morning the noise was there and I made a video of my turning on the dryer and the noise was there. instead of comming back out to figure out what the noise was never returned my call or text they said they were unable to fix it and did not warranty the call.

Jones family appliance is not a brick and mortor business but a one person and wife working out of an appartment or condo at 9401 Roberts Drive. Sandy Springs GA, How do i know this, I lived at the apartment complex 10 years ago.

I would not recommend Jones Family Applicances it is not able to fix high end products or at least Siemens Bosch. The company is a service provider for American Home Shield who authorized the work order, I am being billed another $75.00 service fee because of them not even verifying the issue first . if it was a distance issue, ... well its not i am 3 miles from thier location and only a mile or less as the crow flies!

They did really well. They were professional and showed up on time. They were very thorough and find the thing that was needed to be found. Whatever it was, they made sure that they did it right.

Part of my home warranty company coverage. They called Jones Family and they had to diagnose the problem and order the parts through the warranty company which is what drove a lot of the delay the repeated visits to my home to fix the same problem. Overall work was great, when the finally got the correct part. I would call them again for any home appliance repair. This time without the home warranty.

The repair technician was n constant contact and did a very thorough job of inspecting everything to find out where the leak was coming from. After inspecting the dishwasher he even checked the refrigerator line and the sink to make sure there were no other contributors to the leak and after they were complete I have never had any issues. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.
