Ben was very friendly and easy to work with. He showed up exactly on time for both the initial meeting for scope of work and for the actual work. He explain exactly how the stump removal would be doneâ we had around 10 in the initial estimateâ and how he would handle stumps close to the house. On the morning of the job, we were amazed and delighted to watch him operate his remote-controlled robot-like grinder. Fun show, and fast! When the original work was done, Ben was flexible enough to take on 3 more bigger stumps at a very reasonable price. All-in-all a great experience. Something to keep in mind, his service for us was removing the stumps only. We agreed to back-fill the resulting holes ourselves. Weâ re capable of handling that work, but if thatâ s not something you want to take on, you should plan on making arrangements for that work.

Our experience with GA 400 stump grinding was impeccable and we highly recommend this company. Arrived on time and after the the stumps were removed you could not tell they were ever there and the clean up was picture perfect. Such a pleasant person to work with, super nice and great customer service. For any future work we have, we will definitely use GA 400 Stump Grinding again.

Having tried to get a number of stump grinding companies to respond and provide a quote with little success and lack of speed in responses, Ben was very responsive, listened to the requirements and addressed questions quickly. Agreement in price was reached and the work was performed quickly and efficiently and the area left clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone that requires stump grinding to be carried out efficiently and professionally.
