We run our own independent insurance agency. Our AC Unit was stolen on Thursday night which we discovered on Friday morning when we arrived at work. We called Action at 9:30 and they had someone at our office by 10:00 or 10:15. The staff knew exactly what to do and went to work to get our AC replaced as the temps were already in the "very hot" stage. Our Nationwide Insurance UW gave approval on the claim that same afternoon so by Monday morning Action H and A was already installing our new AC. These guys are great and if you want it done right call Action Heating and Air.
