Kevin Rowe was AWESOME to work with!! He came out to my house the day after I called for an estimate, was able to show me exactly what the problems were with my attic and why we were getting repeated mold in certain parts of our ceiling, and then had a very reasonable estimate to me within two days. They got to us within a month, but we had to post-pone due to illness in the house and then they were able to get us right back on the schedule when we were ready. I am proud to use a business that loves America. These people worked so hard, left NO mess behind, and were finished in a few hours. The humidity level in my house has decreased significantly and there has been no new mold growth so we are thrilled. Support businesses that support our country and do a great job!

Kevin Rowe listened carefully, examined the spaces carefully, gave advice tailored to our home, explained his prices, provided a detailed easy to understand estimate, and performed the work on schedule. There were no unwanted surprises on workmanship nor the bill. Billing was timely and correct. His crew did excellent work with one minor detail forgotten, to cover a small interior gap in the attic previously open to lower levels of the house and to cover small gap where hvac conduit entered the attic floor. They completed the item on the spot when brought to their attention. Great communication between customer and office, and with owner and crew. Deanna M. of the billing office responded immediately and cordially when I requested a copy of the receipt.

The work was excellent in both cases. The attic insulation kept our upstairs much cooler. The foam in the garage kept our kitchen warmer in winter; also in the past stray cats would come in the garage and tear up our old insulation; that problem was solved.

Professional interactions from everyone, everything explained and all questions answered during estimate preparation, crew onsite as scheduled, communicated progress during project, work completed as discussed, cleaned up like they hadn't been there. A specific example of the work ethic I can share: accidental contact made with a recessed light in a VERY VERY tight area of attic, someone immediately investigated from the living area to ensure no damage or cracks in sheetrock. This was my first experience with Rowe and will contact again for future needs; highly recommend.

Everything went great. Initially we saw a huge decrease in our Georgia Power bills and enjoyed the savings. Unfortunately, it is hotter now and Georgia Power went up in their price per therm, as well as monthly costs! Imagine if we had not gotten all of the work done!

Absolutely wonderful company from initial contact to finished job. The price was less than we expected. Kevin, the owner came for the initial inspection & did a thorough job of pinpointing what was causing our heating cooling issues. The job was completed within 4 days of initial contact. This was a very satisfactory experience. Kevin Rowe met with me and spent about two hours looking over the attic and crawl space. He explained what he saw in detail and patiently answered my questions. His proposal contained options that allowed me to know the added cost and benefit of each choice. As a result of his professionalism, I felt comfortable accepting the more expensive option as I considered it to be the wiser long-term decision.
Rowe Insulating's crew were on time, courteous and pleasant to deal with. The work was performed quickly and the site was cleaned well afterwards. Highly recommend.

Wayne Moon gave us several bids and allowed us to make our decision based on our needs. His quotes were very reasonable. We paid the exact estimate with no over charge.
The two men arrived on time and ready to work. They knew the task at hand and verified with us before they started. They placed floor coverings on the necessary areas and prepped the work area to prevent any damage to our home. The job was completed in a timely manner with efficiency. This is the second home we had insulated by Rowe Insulating Company.
We do highly recommend this company and look forward to hiring them again.
