Home Building
Guy Warmack was paid in full for work and materials. He started the job, but did not complete it, and kept the materials that were purchase for the project. We have attempted to contact him several time, and he does not return the call. I finially spoke with him today, and he made it clear that he has no intention of finishing the job or returning the materials.
