I am pleased.

The steps slope approximately 12 inch per landing. With their experience, they should have known to put in more steps to cover the slope of the hill. They left piles of unused concrete in yard, left their wood forms, and put ruts in yard with the bobcat they used. To me, it seemed like they where more in a hurry to *complete* job then do it right. I would not recommend using them.

Juan and his crew are A-1 professionals when it comes to doing concrete work, they worked with around 22 yards of concrete in my driveway,patio& a sidewalk, looks just like l envisioned it, one of his men even told me" that they understood that l spent alot of money on the project so they were going to do it right !" HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANKS!

They were great, did exactly what we were hoping for and all in one day, definitely worth the money. Excellent customer service and the finished product looks perfect.

Juan Diaz and his crew installed a new concrete slab in place of the damaged one. The work was top notch, and I found Juan to be very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to others!

I hired some ‘guy’ a friend recommend. The ‘guy’ totally messed up the job, took my money and went south. Then I found Juan. Juan came in, tore everything out and began at the beginning in a professional and timely manner. He did everything he said he would have to do to fix the mess when he said he would do it efficiently and professionally. Beautiful job well done. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Our new driveway is beautiful and the work was done correctly. Juan and his crew are very nice people. I had no worry about them being on my property for three days. My dog got loose and ran across the wet cement. Not only did they take out the paw prints, they caught the dog and put him in the fence! Such a great company!

There are several "ruts" in the finish. It is not graded properly. Water stands in places. The concrete is flaking in places and some of the edges are broken off. Not sure if workers were experienced enough or possibly he didn't have enough workers for job this size. I would not recommend him.

Juan and is crew did exactly what they said they would do. there was no surprises. I will be using them in future projects.

Concrete company trucks were very late arriving, but Diaz Concrete crew stayed till 1:30 AM to finish job right. Amazing to find such quality workers. Recommended.
