Mailing Service
We use them because the company who guarantees the heater says we have to ship through UPS. We use them every year because the company we got the heater from checks and cleans the heater each year. I only use them because I have to. We have had the heater delivered two times. It doesn't matter if it says fragile and handle with care, they just drop it over the fence. I don't think this one man should represent the whole company though.
