I recently had a home inspection done for selling purposes. The inspector that came out left multiple blinds open, turned off my ceiling fans that are typically left on, left attic dust all in the hallway, and unplugged kitchen counter appliances without plugging them back up. All this I could have overlooked, but the inspector left my hvac on heat when it was over 90 plus degrees outside. At the time I had 2 animals in the house, one being a French bulldog. Frenchies are very easy to overheat. My bulldog could have had a heatstroke or worse possibly had a heatstroke and died. This inspector was definitely far from precautious and obviously has no concern for animal welfare. He should’ve left my home as he found it instead of leaving it like a burglar had scavenged the place. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

He knows his stuff and was careful to understand what I needed out of the inspection. Very courteous and professional, most importantly was able to give me a great overview of the property and its need that leave me able to promptly establish my repair and remodeling plans.

He conducted a very complete and detailed inspection of a house we are looking to purchase..  He started on the roof and worked his way around the property and then through the interior.  He took numerous pictures of all areas of  concern.  Upon completion he sat down with us and went over each item and his recommendations.  Within 2 days we had a very detailed written report, we he sent us electronically,  showing all the areas he found with a picture of the item, what the problem was and what need to be down to correct the problem.  He also did a Radon test and arraigned for a termite/pest inspection and provided written reports of both of these.

Service was terrific. Tim Larkin (company owner) did the inspection and went from top to bottom. He checked the electrical wiring, the plumbing, the gas line and connections, insulation, literally everything. He found very little wrong, but did not hesitate to tell us about even the smallest things that could have gone without repairs. He was very professional and personable. He left the radon tester in the house basement (where the gas, if any, would come in) for several days. He came back to retrieve it after the prescribed period and sent us the report within a day or two. This inspection was so much more complete than the one we had when we bought our current home. I would definitely recommend Tim Larkin and PRECISE Home Inspection to anyone looking to buy a home and/or wants an inspection of the structure.
