 + -1 moreIt is pretty easy to get an appointment. The office environment and communication is good. We have been using them for 16 years and we will continue using them in the future.
Description of Work: We use Peds Care PC for primary carefor my son. We last visited them in December for his annual checkup.

 + -1 moreI've taken my kids there for a few years. You're in and out quickly. They don't make you wait. They are very efficient and are great with kids.

 + -1 morethey provide excellent care prompt serives at least 98% of the time helpful nurse hotline eveyone is friendly and caring
Description of Work: This Is a Peditricians office they provide excellent care usualy very prompt service wait time isnt usuually more than 10 to 15 min, very caring and helpful They have a nurse hotline to answer questions prompt on call in for refills it is by far the best peditricians office in Dalton Georgia and surrounding areas. I went to one other well knonw Peditrican group in town and their waiting room was always way over crowded not enough seating and u had to wait 45 min to an hr for your appt... I am a parent with 3 kids with disabilites 2 have autism and some times have a hard time waiting in the wait room so they put us in an exam room to wait our turn so they are not anxious while sitting in the waiting room.
