They did a good job. They were nice and estimated what they really need to do to fix the problem. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of hardware or services. They just took care of the problem. They were able to work around my schedule. I work a lot and I want to be here when things are done. I don't have to call them back to make adjustments or anything. They are husband and wife team, they were very cooperative and talked to me about things. They didn't try to do what wasn't their forte.
