Pain Exterminating

Great Service! The ladies in the office was so helpful with providing me with information on what service would best fit my needs. They got me on the schedule for the following day. The tech that came out explained everything they were doing making me feel very comfortable and at ease with my pets in the home. They took care of my problem and was very professional, caring, and affordable. Would recommend their services for anyone.

Came and put $40 worth of traps under house and in attic. Said they'd be back in couple weeks to check. Never came back. Called them and Jerry was very snotty on phone said I didn't pay for revisit. Squirrels remain a problem. Paid $855.00 to these charlatans.

We used Pain for years and they did an acceptable job. We moved to a house with a prepaid service and Pain has refused to refund our money. We paid ahead every month and had a $115 credit. Mr Richard Payne has refused to refund the money we are owed even though they preformed no services to earn it. I have filed a BBB complaint and are considering taking them to small claims court.

They came out for a quote within a few days of initial call.  He was professional and called ahead to let me know he was running a few minutes late (I live pretty far out).  Walked inside/outside and answered questions.  The next afternoon we saw a silverfish and Pain sent someone to respray the next day.  No problems since.

They did a great job--from the first day I called them to my last service date, I have no complaints.  They do their job and are very good at it--I would have no problem recommending them or using them again in the future.

We wanted to get the pest problem under control before the Thanksgiving holiday, and I knew we were running short on time by waiting until the middle of November to call and get estimates. We called several others before calling Pain, but I could never actually find anyone who would answer the phone--only voicemails. When I called Pain, an actual person answered the phone, took my information, and said she would get someone out the next day and they could perform the service the day after if I wanted it done. They came when they said they would, and acted in a professional manner. Their estimate was very reasonable for the type of service that was needed, so we had them come the next day and perform the service. As they performed the service, they explained exactly what they were doing, what they were using, and what we could expect. We decided to go ahead and do a yearly plan with them for maintenance and prevention. We are very satisfied with the job they performed and would feel comfortable in recommending them to any of our friends and family.
