I met Ronnie at the Atlanta Home Show. I told him I didn?t know anything about flooring and wasn?t sure when I would want to have it done. Most people would not have spent the time with me that he did. He was very nice and straightforward. He said the only advertising he did was the show we were at. Because of that, his overhead was very low. He didn?t want me to feel pressured?He said to call when I was ready. He told me he could beat any pricing.
Ronnie was a pleasure to deal with. We discussed the types of flooring I was interested in as well as colors over the phone. He only brought samples I would be interested in. Last year I had someone come over and take measurements. They used a measuring tape. Ronnie used an electronic device that gives much more accurate measurements so I wouldn?t pay for material I didn?t need. I called a couple other places to make sure I was getting a fair price. One company called an hour before they were supposed to come over saying they had a Comcast appointment scheduled. Someone else come and give me an estimate. Ronnie was very competitive. He was never pushy and I truly believed he would do everything he said?I wasn?t disappointed.
The gentlemen that did the installation showed up on time. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. Ronnie called to make sure I was happy with everything. I would recommend Ronnie and his company to anyone looking for great flooring at a very fair price.
I also bought all my flooring from him back in 1994.
