Real Estate Service
The sheer number of issues we've had to deal with that should have been caught during the inspection are staggering. Bad electrical - unsafe / exposed hvac pipes - massive water issues - unsupported flooring. It's made the first year in our home very stressful and had we received an accurate home assessment we probably would have never of bought the home. In a follow-up conversation with the vendor the only response we got was "so sorry" but no attempt at making things right. Would not recommend.
