I researched HVAC units online and I got quotes from 3 providers. Dalton Heat and Air had the best price. They didn't try to up sell me or talk me into something more than I needed. They showed up as promised and were very professional. I'm very happy with my purchase

The agent was on time and had to wait for the unit to defrost. Added coolant put also advised if there was a leak the same thing could happen again. It was worked like a dream since then.

The staff worked very hard to make sure we were happy with their work, and we are very happy with their work. The systems are well designed and they are more efficient than the previous system

The unit went out on a weekend. I called and the person I talked to said they would try to fit it in but they never called. I contacted them again on Monday morning and they eventually called back and scheduled a tech to come out. He diagnosed the problem as a broken fan motor and a capacitor issue. The total cost would be $420.00. I've dealt with these types of issues before and I questioned the cost and wanted to get this itemized and know what each expense was. He was rude and said I could pay him a $70 service call and fix it myself. I think this was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. Furthermore, this was way overpriced. I've had capacitors changed out for less than $50. I called another technician who told me he charges half the price quoted. I decided to pay the guy the service charge of $70 and send him on his way. I will never call this company again and would never recommend them. They are obviously ripping people off.

They were good. They were professional. Cleaning up afterwards was a problem but minor, they left some residue in the carpet when they changed outlets and I almost said "Hey, you should bring those little handbags and kind of sweep up afterwards yourself" but I didn't. It was just minor, it would have been a big mess if I would have a problem with it. They had so much to do but I think it was a reasonable price for what they did. The one guy that was going to come one day and he forgot to have his wife put it on the calendar and he didn't show up, and that could happen.
