CARPET BARGAINS

We decided to install carpet tiles in our basement (so we could pick them up and hang them out to dry if they ever got wet), and we discovered how difficult it was to find nice ones at a reasonable price. After a long internet search, we found Carpet Bargains, which offered a nice selection at very good prices. Ordering on the web was easy, and they were shipped in a reasonable time frame. When we got the tiles, we noticed that one edge of most of the tiles wasn't trimmed. I called them to ask about this, and they returned my call within the hour to apologize and ask if I wanted to send the tiles back or get some of the cost refunded. I opted for the refund because we had to cut many of the tiles anyway to fit the odd shape of the room. They gave me instructions on the phone about trimming the tiles, and I got the refund promptly. It was easy to install the tiles with the adhesive spray they sent, and now we have a nice floor in the basement at a bargain price.
