Monica Cunningham was my sales representative and was absolutely wonderful to work with. I choose some carpets I was interested in and then she mailed me some samples to take a look at. I chose the carpet I wanted installed and they had it drop shipped to the local installer I was using. American Carpet Wholesalers and Monica made the whole process very easy and painless. They have great customer service staff and I saved about half of what I would have paid elsewhere. I highly recommend them and if you want to get in touch with Monica directly her ext. # is 103.
