This particular visit was just a routine call to make sure everything was working properly on our 3 units before winter set in. Service tech/owner (Grady DeFore) has been our "Heat and Air" man for over 20 years. He has installed 2 new heat pumps at our current residence and installed one at our previous residence. He services our units yearly and is quick to respond if we have problems. For example, we had lightning damage and Grady was here promptly to get our unit going again. His charges are always reasonable and he is always prompt, professional, honest, courteous and very knowledgeable. I will continue to recommend Air Conditioning and Heating Service to my friends and family.
Description of Work: Serviced three heat pumps and made sure they were ready for cold weather.
