They always send the same person, are accomodating for time, and are always on time. I've been using them for 6 years.

My experience was very good. After calling other exterminators and getting a quick estimate (all very high) to come out, set traps and then deal with exclusion (keeping rats out of the dwelling) later at an additional fee, I finally reached Ryan at Wesley Johnson. He spent 45 minutes with me on the phone. I couldn't believe it! He explained how to deal with my rat problem - remove food sources (bird feeder and compost pile), put steel wool in any areas we can find where the rats can get in the house. Remove or secure food sources inside the house as much as possible, and set traps in certain places in the house in case they get trapped in there after exclusion is performed. I was amazed that this guy wanted me to UNDERSTAND the whole process so I could see why it shouldn't be so expensive. I was so impressed that I asked him to take care of the rats AND treat my house for termites, which was somewhat overdue. So far, no rats have returned, but if they do I know who to call!

Wesley Johnson Exterminating is very prompt at keeping our yearly inspections up to date. We have had no problems getting appointments or rescheduling. The only reason we stopped using them for normal pest control was because they could not treat tress.
