TLC Plumbing did an excellent job. Our household was without a water heater for several days because other plumbing companies were charging outrageous prices to replace/install a water heater. The owner of TLC Plumbing was very professional; gave me a fair quote. The technician, Mr. Steve was at my house on time and did a great job. Very grateful for their services and will definitely use them again.

Went very well. He called me back quickly on a Sunday night and told me the app price. He said would come bye the next morning at 8:30 and he was here at 8:30. He left to do a prior commitment and said he would be back after 12:00 noon. He called me at 1:30 and said he was on the way. He was here at 2:30 and he had the job done by 5:00pm. He also did an excellent clean up. I am very pleased.

TLC Plumbing did a great job start to finish. Tom was very responsive to my service request and was able to come the very next day. He assessed the issue and did a thorough job repairing and resetting my toilet, including replacing the water line attached to the tank. Tom made a point to make things better than new. I would highly recommend him.
