He came out to drop off material at my home when I was not home. We had some rain delay. A day later I came home after work and noticed that chain fence cut into different pieces. I know that when you purchase the fence they come in a bundle 100 ft. rolls. This led me to believe it was used fence. He also had spray painted a few of the post near home which lead to black spray paint on my siding. He also partially damaged the bottom of my gutter spout. As I walked around the fence I noticed that the fence was not tight. I could put my foot under the fence with no problem. He also cut the fence to go around the tree. He cut holes in the fence and when I brought this up he said that he could reweave the fence. If I already have had this many problems why would I want him to continue when his workmanship is a disaster. He did tell me that he would refund my $1,900 in 3-5 business days and today is the 5th day. I do have him filmed that he would refund my money. He will not return my phone calls. I did call on a friend’s phone and when he knew it was me, he became very rude. Now I am left with a fence that no one will fix and cannot let my dogs out without them being on a lease.
