Simple Floors - Marietta is the latest showroom in the Simple Floors family of showrooms. We take pride in being the new wave of how a flooring store should be. We don't waste your time trying to sell you what we think you need. Instead we spend time with you and help you select the floor that is right for your home and your budget. Buying a new floor is a big step, but there is no need for it to be scary. We cut out the middle man and buy our floors directly form the factory which allows us to keep our quality high, but our prices low. While other flooring stores are cutting costs by cutting corners we are actually making our floors better and keeping the prices affordable. To prove it we now offer a 100 year warranty on nearly all of our hardwood floors. All of our floors have an 8 coat mixture of aluminum oxide/polyurethane which makes them nearly impossible to scratch or damage. When comparing apples to apples our flooring prices can rarely be beat. We sell 8mm laminate with pad for as low as $1.47 per square foot. Compare that to a national big box retailer who is selling 8mm with pad for $3.19 per square foot. We also offer 2 lines of 12mm laminates for as low as $1.87 per square foot. The same big box retailer sells theirs for $3.69 per square foot. We also offer a full range of 1/2" engineered woods with prices as low as $2.69 with 8 coats of aluminum oxide/polyurethane mix and a 25 year warranty. That big box stores prices start at $4.98 per square foot.
