As soon as the mold test results were available, Justin texted me with the results. As soon as the radon results came in, he texted me. He is responsive on the spot, and I doubt you will have long hours and days of waiting when you need your results right away. Justin even made himself available to me to discuss the details of my report as my realtor was writing up the proposal for resolution of the inspection items he had found. In other words, he didn't just disappear after his report was complete. He was always, always available and I truly appreciated that.
My real estate agent was so impressed with his report! She said that she doesn't see one that detailed very often. And it was very easy to understand.
